Can’t fault Dirk. From the initial meet and discuss to final settlement was flawless. The level of knowledge and experience, suggestions on best way forward, price etc we’re all spot on and sale went to plan well within our timeframe. Great buying experience
Dan is very knowledgeable on the market, communicates clearly, promptly follows up on his commitments and is a pleasure to work with. I was the buyer in the deal and didn’t pay for Dan’s work, however Dan still took good care of my needs and was flexible whenever possible to accommodate my requests including early excess to the property to get quotes from tradies and identifying and fixing heater issues I haven’t noticed during my inspection. Will be happy to work together again.
