Daniel was very approachable, and honest. His Professionalism was appreciated and he sold the house before we actually put the house on the market

The first time I contacted Daniel, he immediately contacted me back. He is professional, knows the area and give honest information. He explained everything in detail including the sales strategy, the marketing costs and contract. I alway felt safe and in good hand during the process. He negotiated and prepared excellent offers and presented them to me. He explained the benefits and risks of each offer but never tried to influence my decision in any way. I can recommend Daniel because of his superb work ethic and attention to detail. You will also be in safe hands.

The service Daniel provided was of the highest quality. He was very knowledgeable about the market in my area; stayed in touch at all key moments throughout the process; helped me negotiate a good price for my home; and got me to settlement about as quickly as was possible. Things could not have gone any better than they did in working with him.
