Dirk was great to deal with.
Dirk had the contacts and expertise to give our property that edge over other properties in the area. He was very easy to deal with and always kept us updated with regards to our property leading up to it going to market and during the selling process. He went out of his way to keep the gardens watered when we could not. Should we want to enter the area in the future I would not hesitate to use Dirk again.

Honest and reliable
Dirk made me aware when doing the appraisal that the time to sell wasn’t quite right and advised me to wait around 6 months, unlike the other real estate agents who wanted my business immediately despite the market uncertainty. After that time my house was worth more, so it paid off and I appreciate Dirk’s honesty. When it came to selling Dirk was always communicating openly and set up realistic expectations with me and the buyers. When they made an offer which was too low he immediately told them I wouldn’t accept it so that it didn’t waste my time and they put in a higher bid. I found his service very professional and efficient. The whole process felt easy! Thanks Dirk and Davey Team
