Dirk Jooste- brilliant service
Dirk was our agent for a recent property sale. Can't say enough about the service we received from Dirk. While we live over three hours away from the property, Dirk made the whole process easy by going above and beyond to assist us. His communication was frequent and thorough and he was able to make the whole experience relaxed and stress-free. More importantly, he was able to quickly and effectively help negotiate an excellent price for the property. We will continue to use Dirk for our future real estate needs.

Professional job with no over-promising
Dirk knows the local market well and used his experience and contacts to get a sale within a reasonable time-frame. He says it like it is and that is refreshing as a lot of agents over-promise and under-deliver, even in a strong market. We would certainly recommend him for sales in the Scarborough and Doubleview area.

Excellent, professional and friendly
Buying a house in this market isnt easy. I spoke to Dirk during one of his house opens and I think he new what we were looking for. Just about to give up as all the houses were getting snapped up, Dirk found us our dream home, central to everything and my wife loves to bits. I highly would recommend Dirk to anyone that wants to purchase a new home.

Dirk had great market knowledge especially him himself living in Scarborough where we sold. he was very professional. Friendly and not "salesman" like at all, super personable and reliable. We really can't fault Dirk, and were extremely happy with all aspects of the sale of our home recently. Many Thanks Dirk!
