Dirk always responded promptly.

Friendly & reliable
Dirk provided a great service. He was always available for help; picked up his phone (even whilst on a family event) and replied to emails quickly. His explanations was detailed, he was helpful and forthcoming. I have nothing negative to say about Dirk. Would recommend.
