Dirk had great market knowledge especially him himself living in Scarborough where we sold. he was very professional. Friendly and not "salesman" like at all, super personable and reliable. We really can't fault Dirk, and were extremely happy with all aspects of the sale of our home recently. Many Thanks Dirk!

It was a pleasure to work with Dirk who is a straight forward person with high integrity. He was always open and transparent in his dealings and ready to support us in any way possible during the sometimes difficult process of selling a property. I would strongly recommend him and use him again when selling realty.

Dirk was professional, but easy going in our interactions. There were a few hiccups in the buying process, which Dirk handled well. He never made us feel rushed or pushed. Highly recommended.

I met Dirk when because I asked for a valuation on my house. He consistently stayed in touch over 14 years. He was therefore my first choice when I needed an agent. Dirk's service to me while I went through the process of selling one house and buying another has been invaluable. His attention to detail plus lots of helpful advice has made the process as painless as possible.
