We commenced the sale of a property in Sinnamon Park around the time that the Reserve Bank were raising rates and media was in a frenzy. Met with Robert, he came prepared with extensive research, we agreed on a value and marketing plan. Dean realty then assisted us to "dress" the property for sale and it had a contract for sale within 4 days. Yes it was a great property and yes I believe the purchasers will love it , but I believe we got the right price , it was well marketed and the experience really painless.

As a first home buyer this was my first experience when it comes to purchasing a property. I'd been to many different units in my search for the right one & had been to a few of Elliott's listings. On all occasions he would make the time to talk to you and be upfront about anything you wanted to know about the property. When it came to the contract & leading up to settlement Elliot would always respond promptly making time to do further inspections or to inform me with any notes the seller wanted to pass on.
