Elliott was amazing organising a modest renovation/tidy-up of the house..all done in under 3 weeks. We went to market and received well above expected price within a week. I guess some of that was due to the very "hot" market, but Elliott definitely extracted the best price for us and saved me having to lift a finger! I was very grateful for his hard work and would definitely recommend him.
