I walked into Jules office while sightseeing in the area. Everything was immaculate, including the Italian motor scooter! I knew he would be great also, and so he was. Totally professional, very knowledgeable, and in spite of concerns I had about the property/area (he came to visit and console me, an absolute gentleman). The home sold before it was Open, I received more than expected. A great negotiator, and highly recommended. Thanks Jules!

Marketing success
Smooth stress free service. We went in backing out agent and relied on Jules and his marketing campaign. We entered a changing (falling) market over night but still felt reasonably confident after talking to Jules. We were advised to spend money on advertising including a video of the property which was outstanding. We had an offer within 6 weeks and the negotiation process was smooth and successful for both parties.
