We recently purchased a property with Adam representing the vendor. We were overall pleased with the process. He and his team made it easy to view the property. Whilst of course we only ever knew part of the entire story with regards to competitors offers on the property, we felt that he acted fairly. It was one of those terrible "silent auctions", get your best offer on by... (I think these are great for vendors in a hot market and terrible for nervous slightly desperate buyers as they completely lack transparency and tend to push buyers to their top dollar). We did win, he didn't push up our bid... although who knows if his ways are subtle beyond my observation, likely actually. Anyway we were happy, he helped gain early access for a quick sequence of repairs which was great.
