It was a pleasure dealing with Ben from start to finish. Highly professional and he knew his market. Not pushy. We pretty much achieved the price he estimated and this was 20%+ higher than the top estimates of other agents. That is pretty scary when you think about it. Others would have been recommending we accept a price literally many hundreds of thousands less than what we achieved working with Ben. His style of communication with us was clear and positive. Our view was that this would be what potential buyers would also get and we liked this. Our only query would be that the back office is not always up to the same high standard but in the end Ben got us there and made the difference. We are very grateful for a job well done.

Ben and Tom helped sell our apartment so that we can realise our dream to enter the housing market. They negotiated with a number of prospective purchasers to get the minimum figure we were willing to let the apartment go for in Apr 2023 when the market was uncertain. We chose DiJones because Ben and Tom gave us confidence in their expertise by focusing on the apartment market. They also mentioned they had a buyer who are looking to buy before they sold their house. Unfortunately, during off market sale, the buyer wasnt interested. What was great about DiJones’ service was the report you get after every open home, giving you peace of mind they do their follow up calls with prospective buyers. Something other agencies dont provide. After the sale, Ben helped to refer us to the other DiJones offices, for them to assist us in buying a house. Ben also offered to help us negotiate or come to an auction, when we find something we liked. When we did have to go to an auction, we called Ben. Unfortunately, he had an open home at the time of the auction. Instead of coming to the auction, Ben provided us with several helpful strategies we can employ to win at the auction.
