When it came to potential buyers, he did the leg work of engaging and drumming up interest. He gave us very detailed assessments of each buyer, which let us feel like we were in every house inspection.
In the final days of the campaign, he was able to push the interested buyers to a resonable offer. And this was even if the market was slowing down due to the interest hikes and Christmas season.
