A challenge well met

An investment property with very difficult tenants in an unpredictable market is quite a challenge which Ben was able to meet in order to provide us with quite a desirable result. These circumstances require a level of experience and professionalism coupled with market knowledge of the particular area.

He made it so easy!

As a first home buyer it honestly feels like I have a target on my back from my lack of experience and that every agent is out to squeeze as much from me as possible. Ben on the other hand was incredibly open and honest throughout my entire purchase! Answering all of my questions no matter how silly they were and he went above and beyond to help me get exactly the place I wanted within my budget. I highly recommend him~!!

Made our unit the best it can be for the open house

Tom assisted us in getting our unit fixed up and styled the best it can be for our open house. He made contact on a regular basis to make sure we are happy with the services and prices of the trades. He kept us on schedule too to maximize the open house schedule before the Christmas break came. He kept us in the loop on our potential buyers too. You're definitely in good hands with Tom!

Well looked after!

Throughout the process, Ben and the team were very professional and supportive in terms of advice in preparing the house for sale, the openings and the sale itself. Communications were always straight forward and we always felt fully up to date on potential purchasers and their likelihood to buy. The initial guide was in line with other agents, so they were not tempting us to use DiJones by promising more than anyone else and the flexible fee structure gave us confidence. It was a difficult market, however Ben was really supportive and patient in trying to get the right outcome for us, taking into account where we were going in the next phase of our family life.

Down to Earth, and does the leg work

Ben was across what the real estate market is in the local area and the state. He let us know the pros and cons of the available marketing strategies, but ultimately let us decide with what approach to take. When it came to potential buyers, he did the leg work of engaging and drumming up interest. He gave us very detailed assessments of each buyer, which let us feel like we were in every house inspection. In the final days of the campaign, he was able to push the interested buyers to a resonable offer. And this was even if the market was slowing down due to the interest hikes and Christmas season.

Mae knows how to get the best results
