Quick response and great help
This is the first time I am renting a new place for my self and I. I was worried that my application will not considered. I asked the Agent if there are any extra thing I need to do to highlight my application. And the Agent honestly answered me that you don’t need to do extra, you just need to complete all the requirements and made sure you have 100 points in your Identification/Supporting docs. Also, there is a section where you can put all the informations you need to inform the Landlord.Put everything in there. I did what Mr. Adam told me, and after 2 days I got approved. I felt blessed, and Chadswick is really a great help.I did not felt discriminated, when I said,I am sole earner(Single parent) and I am worried that my application doesn’t stand out. And Mr. Adam quickly told me that there is no issue with that, just do this and that!

Best real estate agent in upper north shore
This is my second review for Chadwick after my first review in 2018. I am a returning customer who initially dealt with Chadwick, then left to involve a Sydney CBD based agent for a year only to return to Chadwick again. Although I did save some money with the other agent, in the long term Chadwick have been better for me financially due to their professionalism and knowledge of the local market. The difference between a well versed local agency agency than a non-local agent may be a saving of 3/4 weeks of rental income when your property gets vacated between tenants/leases. They have been an invaluable partner. Kenny is an excellent business development manager and Darylann is the best property manager one can ask for. Chadwick strive in getting best outcomes for both their tenants and landlords. Their expertise on local rental / property market is next to none. As a landlord the service that I value most is that they look after my property as their own. Cost significantly impacts my decision and Chadwick have some of the best tradespeople that offer their services as very competitive prices. I am very grateful for our friendship / partnership over the last 5 years and would recommend this business anytime.

Kindness of A stranger
Benjamin Adams went beyond his professionalism to show us properties within short amount of time, he has managed to lower my stressful level in finding a place within 2 weeks..
