Excellent tenant experience
Dealing with Chadwick has been a wonder compared to previous agents. They have been caring, communicative and proactive to us as tenants from before we even secured our place. Definitely highly recommend.

Excellent
I had a great experience with Chadwick. The agent was friendly and very helpful on the show day. Once I'd applied they helped me with the move and the whole procedure was seamless. I was very happy with the service offered and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Not happy at all
I was really not happy with the service provided. The unit I had to move to was not inspected properly by the agency. It had no electricity or gas connection and I was not informed about this well in advance. The appliances were just put there.. But not installed and I had to follow up with the agency to get them installed after I moved in which made it more difficult for me. The agency promised to me in writing that aircon is available in the unit but that wasnt the case and I still dont have aircon in the unit at the peak of winter. The toilets are leaking, have cracks and one of them cannot be used. All these issues could have been rectified if a proper inspection was done the agency and information passed well in advance

Great service, appreciate the urgency
Needed to find a home fast, really appreciated how they fastened the process. Also was very friendly and was far better in terms of service than other agents in the area. Few broken pieces in the apartment were fixed relatively easy and fast, communication was the standard to meet.

My property was rented on on first open with higher than expected rental return. Thanks a lot to Joyce from Chadwick Upper North Shore who provided quite practical advices for to do list for my tight go to market preparation as we were renovating another house at the same time. Poor Customer Service and unclean rental
Very disappointed at the quality of customer service in resolving issues. The property was not properly cleaned before we moved in even though we were told it would be. Had to pay for a bond clean ourselves. Expected more from such a nice area.
