Katheryn Purdy has just sold our property in what could only be described as a disappearing market. After all, after the boom there is the inevitable bust and decline. However through persistence and tenacity and a burning desire to do well for us as the vendors she has kept at it until we were rewarded with what could only be described as an extremely good result. An old Army unit motto I lived with for 12 months was “Persevere” and to her credit she did just that. I would highly recommend her just as she came highly recommended to us….and she did not, and will not, disappoint.
