We were looking for a property in Willoughby as our next property. The house we ended up buying was represented by Rawa for the vendor. We inspected the property 4 times and Rawa was very punctual and knowledgeable during this process and even down to having a copy of the plans of a likely extension to the house next door. The sale process prior to auction was difficult due to a competing purchaser but Rawa was very professional in dealing with the situation. All in all I would highly recommend Rawa to any buyer or seller.

We chose Nathaniel over all other agents was mainly due to he believed in our property. A good sale agent must love & believes his product first. Nathaniel is very responsive & well organised, always keeps us updated with the market movement. He always provides us alternative solutions & what if scenarios but respects our decision. An energetic professional business partner to work with.

Nathaniel assisted me through the daunting process of getting my house ready for sale, keeping me up to date with the market and finding me great people to work with, from a lawyer to house-cleaners to fence builders. He never pushed me beyond what I could afford, and was great fun to deal with. Post-sale, he has kept me up to date with what's coming ion to the market, looked at properties for me when I have been out of town, and made the whole process of sale and purchase as stress free as possible. i'll be recommending him to any of my family or friends who decide it's time to move.

Nathaniel has a very thorough knowledge of the local area and worked tirelessly to achieve a great result for the sale of our apartment in Willoughby. He was a fantastic help when we were preparing for the sale with many good contacts to get the jobs done in a timely way. He hosted the open for inspections at appropriate times to ensure the property was seen in it's best light and secured very good interest with a large number of contract holders at a time when the market was pretty tough. He kept us well informed at all times and secured the sale prior to the scheduled auction.
