Rawa spared no effort to get me as good a result as was possible in this difficult market. And her
Rawa adjusts her presentation to suit a particular potential buyer's interest. For example, she had a builder quote to put in 2 extra bedrooms upstairs (which is a very large area with a full bathroom and a bar/kitchenette and huge outside deck). For those who saw it as an investment, she emphasised that Council was already floating a proposal to expand the nearby shopping complex which should result in a few years in owner getting a development price rather than a residential price. And she is passionate about doing everything she can. Not to mention being a pleasure to deal with. Cannot speak too highly of her.

Overall I felt in very good hands knowing that Grant was my agent.
From day one I knew Grant Borley had an extensive knowledge of the Northbridge market. I was happy to be guided through the process taking my property to auction, during which time relying on his professionalism and courteousness, thus making it an easy & educational journey. Grant followed up on everything he said he would, from the initial consultation right through the marketing campaign and the Auction itself. His reassurance along the way was a blessing, whilst behind the scenes, he was working very hard to garner interest and using his skill of negotiation. The communication was outstanding, weekly reports and meetings along with weekly phone calls and updates, showed me how diligent and committed Grant and his teem at Di Jones are. I couldn't recommend Grant and Di Jones staff more highly.
