I cannot thank Rawa and her team enough. They made the process seamless and were involved in everything from first consultation right up to auction day. Their advice and guidance on getting everything ready for sale was invaluable. They have a in-depth knowledge of the Willoughby area which was communicated extremely well during all open house inspections. We were regularly updated on the progress through out the campaign. We were looking for a property in Willoughby as our next property. The house we ended up buying was represented by Rawa for the vendor. We inspected the property 4 times and Rawa was very punctual and knowledgeable during this process and even down to having a copy of the plans of a likely extension to the house next door. The sale process prior to auction was difficult due to a competing purchaser but Rawa was very professional in dealing with the situation. All in all I would highly recommend Rawa to any buyer or seller.
