Carol Summerlin and Jack Dixon did an amazing job in the sale of our property. Their market knowledge was demonstrated in the giving of an accurate market appraisal, and their negotiation and commercial acumen demonstrated in subsequently achieving a sale within an extremely short time period reflective of that value. They were extremely responsive to all queries, were always available (no matter the time of day), were incredible with assistance in the preparation of the property for sale and conducted smooth, seamless open homes. Jack (and Patrick to a lesser extend as he went on holidays- Pat's wealth of knowledge in real estate is amazing)) was able to achieve a very good result for us but the main elements of the process we were happy with was his professioanlism (grooming and communication was excellent) and honesty whilst managing the process. It is a pity he does not cover the Sunshine Coast as we would have him sell our unit there anyday.
