Fast sale

Aleisha sold my home within 10 days to an investor as I requested. Everything was very smooth. Had great communication and helped me through every step of the selling process. Professional and knowledgeable of sales in the area. I would definitely use Aleisha again in buying my next home. Highly recommended.

Not bad at all

There were a few hiccups along the way; a lack of knowledge on the importance of the complex type which delayed my finances. A lengthy delay in the delivery of the disclosure statement, and was unaware of a electrical issue with the spa in the unit. To her credit she did rectify or attempted to rectify these issues as they arose and got me in touch with a good broker. Also, she obtained incorrect details about the leave dates of the tenant, advising me from the beginning that I could move in almost immediately after, however I am required to wait over 6 weeks to move in. Due to work and travel locations this was a big inconvenience. It was an honest mistake on her part, but a costly one for me. Overall, the process was not simple or easy, and there were many obstacles that could have been avoided, but the realtor was kind and honest.
