Terri Whitney is a highly motivated and trusted Business Development Manager for our large Property Management Department who possesses several years of experience in Property Management, Marketing & Leasing. Terri has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with extensive of knowledge of legislative requirements & market trends across all Southern Gold Coast & Northern NSW regions. Terri provides property investors with confidence by providing quality of service and advice on preparation of property, together with marketing recommendations, that will ultimately secure you a sound tenant at optimum rent. You will feel at ease with Terri’s professionalism and happy nature whilst creating a long and loyal working relationships. Born and bred on the Gold Coast Terri has extensive area knowledge. Terri enjoys spending her weekends in the sun and surf and enjoying all that the GC has on offer.

Leah joined the DJ Stringer property management team in 2019 bringing with her 20 years' experience in Real Estate, she has lived in the local area for 27 years allowing her to provide a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Leah's years in property management experience include business development, leasing, holiday let and permanent residential management. Her effervescent personality makes her a favourite amongst her owners and tenants alike.

She's committed to working with her clients to achieve the optimum outcome for their investment and work tirelessly to provide service excellence. Originally from Newcastle Susie has been on the coast for overs 40 years and enjoys the lifestyle this dynamic area has to offer!

Gianetta joins the DJ Stringer Property management team with experience and a professional and positive attitude. Originally from South Africa where she started her property Management career over 10 years ago, Gianetta has been in Australia now for 10 years and brings with her a wealth of experience. She manages our QLD and NSW region where she loves the challenge and the satisfaction of helping people with important property decisions. Gianetta's bubbly attitude and efficient professional manner make her a valuable team member.

About Greg

Born on the Gold Coast, Greg has watched the city grow and change. First licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1979, Greg has been involved with many aspects of the industry, including owning his own Real Estate Agency with his own Property Management team, being a Licensed Finance Broker and most recently a Licensed Property Developer. Greg moved into the role of a full-time Residential Property Manager in 2011, in 2015 he took over the running of our Commercial Property Management department, befitting his extensive property, financial and legal background. He obtains satisfaction in managing each property with diligence and excellence, investing his time and expertise to see a challenging investment move to a state of harmony. He is able to identify the needs of both the owners and the tenants alike, and his property development experience enables him to demonstrate a common-sense approach to any maintenance issues. Greg is a great communicator, evident in his many testimonials from his clients who attest to what a pleasure it is to do business with a knowledgeable and accessible Manager who ensures that customer service and satisfaction are of the highest level. Greg is full of energy and enthusiasm for life and as a natural people person he also enjoys the social aspect of his role within the organisation. When he is not in the office, he continues to keep himself busy working on one of his car restoration projects, playing golf, fishing or fundraising for disadvantaged and special needs children through Variety - The Children's Charity.

Found a tenant in a few days , very good efficient agency.

I've been renting through DJ Stringer for the past five years, and it's been a really positive experience. The team has always been friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Excellent communication and always proactive.

We have been using DJ Stringer to manage our apartment in Bilinga since 2018. I can honestly say we have never had an issue with them. Their proactive communication, responsiveness and attention to detail are without fault. My wife and I could not recommend them highly enough and feel a real level of comfort that our property is in very safe hands with the team at DJ Stringers.

Jean and Leah have been very helpful with organising renovations and reletting of my property

I wish to thank Jean especially for arranging painters, electrician, tiler and carpet layer, they were all there to complete their respective tasks within days of each other making the renovation complete in a very short time. Once finished, the letting agent Leah was very efficient, had an open day for viewing and had new tenants moved in within a week. I cannot fault their efficiency and would have no hesitation in recommending DJ Stringers to anybody wishing to rent their property.

As usual Leah did a fabulous job of getting great tenants for us. She is always professional and a pleasure to deal with. Julie will manage the tenancy and I am sure she will do a super job as she always does. The team at Stringers always look after us and I highly recommend them.
