Made the process stress-free and simple.
I found David Stringer to be very professional with great communication skills .The whole process felt stress-free and simple being a first time seller. The evaluation was pretty much spot on and commission's were very reasonable. I would definitely use DJ Stringer again and highly recommend them.

Excellent Agent
David Stringer was engaged to achieve the sale of an unoccupied property. His knowledge of the market and suggestions on the best way to market this unique property were extremely helpful. He and his team provided us with contacts for cleaning, gardening and tree lopping to assist in making the property presentable for sale. He communicated regularly and clearly on the various offers received. I would recommend him without reservation.

Best Agent in Coolangatta
Have previously delt with David and wouldn't go anywhere else. I found him very obliging and always available to talk.
