I have been a client of David Stringer for approximately 20 years, firstly as my Rental Manager and recently when I sold this property. David's market knowledge and communication skills are of the highest professional standard. The recent sale of my property was seamless with David keeping me fully informed as the transaction progressed. I have the highest regard for his integrity and advice. It's been a pleasure to deal with David along with his loyal staff over our long association.

Had no hesitation in using Stringer's again after my previously successful sale with them. It is, finally, a pleasure to recommend an agency unreservedly for professionalism, marketing ability, communication and common courtesy. In particular, Deborah Bingle helped me through what can be a very stressful experience. I found her calm professionalism, marketing insight and advice to be invaluable. All aspects of my sale, including a no-nonsense all inclusive contract (no hidden costs), photography, presentation, negotiations and, naturally, the final outcome all exceeded my expectations. Not something I ever thought I could say based on some poor experiences with some other well known and more expensive agencies. In short, thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommended (with special thanks to Deb).

We recently had the pleasure of working with Deb Bingle to sell our investment property. From our initial consultation to settlement, Deb was exceptional in her professionalism and expertise. Her knowledge of the market and insights on pricing and market trends led to a quick and profitable sale, selling our property at a record price. Deb went above and beyond and was so easy to communicate with and had our best interests heart always. Overall, we can't recommend Deb highly enough. If you're looking for a real estate agent who has great communication skills, expertise and genuine care for her clients, Deb is the one! Thanks again Deb, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

Deb really knows the area and networks to find the buyers like agents used to. Our buyers were incredibly difficult to deal with and extremely demanding, and Deb handled it with grace. She was passionate about the building and got us a great result when others couldn’t.

I had the priveledge of meeting David Stringer on a number of occassions in the search for a family home in the Tweed Shire district. I was most impressed by his professionalism and approach to a sale in that there was no push for a sale, just lots of space to explore options. Of all the estate agencies I have dealt with, David Stringer has by far been the easiest and most transparent to deal with. There was trust established, and we felt we were in good company. I hope to have many more dealings with David and his team in the future for that will surely happen.
