DJ Stringer have been very reliable and efficient in the service they provide. Marketing was very effective, securing a tenant in a short period of time. We were confident in Stringer's recommendations regarding suitable tenants and were able to choose a tenant from the detailed information provided. . Regular inspections are carried out followed by detailed reports. Any issues regarding maintenance are presented in a timely manner and resolved satisfactorily and promptly. I would just like to say that all the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic. I was a bit worried about which agent I would select to manage my property in Coolangatta but I believe I have picked the right one . DJ Stringer have managed this property for us for over 14 years now. I can't fault the level of service provided over this time. Gianetta provides us with fast response and is proactive with all aspects of the property management from leasing, repairs and maintenance requests to supporting managing of repairs and inspections. Definitely the best of the other property managers we have in other areas
DJ Stringer Property Services
I highly recommend DJ Stringer for renting your property or properties. Whether you have multiple properties or a single property to let. When I first started working with DJ Stringer I had little experience in working with multiple properties. The entire team at DJ Stringer were very confident and quickly used their skills, providing us with great tenants. What great guidance and support they provided and continue to provide every step of the landlord journey. We are not located locally, quite a few hundred kms away. Since day one, DJ Stringer have been allround professionals, friendly, exceptional communicators displaying deep knowledge and experience. As a successful Airbnb host myself I know about the effort, experience, integrity that is required in Australian real estate, providing accommodation. I am gladly writing this recommendation for DJ Stringer, wish them continued success and thank them.
