What can I say about this Man Peter Antony and how do I describe his motivation and determination to proceed with the sale of my commercial property against all odds. After 3 and half years Peter sold my property. In this time, he had sold and leased the property many times. Unfortunately, a director refused to sell and then Covid shut down and stopped all sales. After Covid there were nonstop border restrictions. This was so destructive to any business or sale of commercial property. Though the property was leased David assured me he would secure a sale, within the price range I wanted. The lead up to the two open houses was seamless, having to allow for the tenants to postpone the second viewing due to Covid 19. On the second viewing an offer that was acceptable was made and contracts were exchanged on 23rd December 2022. When the conveyancer returned to work after annual leave settlement occurred within a week 23rd January 2023. David and his team were in constant contact with me, as required. The whole experience being professionally and speedily executed. On this basis I have no hesitation in recommending David in particular and his whole team, unreservedly. Thanks everyone.
