David presented our offer to the seller in a far and respectful manner to both myself and the Seller, made regular contact with us to ensure the process was progressing smoothly. During the contract period we were living 500Kms away and unable to carry out pre settlement inspection of the property which David carried out for us and was always available to help, such as suggestions on Electricity Supplier, notification of final settlement, location of various warranties, use of keys, codes, garaging and helping advice on use of appliances (property was purchased walk in walk out) even offering to pickup new specialised saucepans to suit the Induction cook tops (no other Agent has ever offered this type of service to us).
