Though the property was leased David assured me he would secure a sale, within the price range I wanted. The lead up to the two open houses was seamless, having to allow for the tenants to postpone the second viewing due to Covid 19. On the second viewing an offer that was acceptable was made and contracts were exchanged on 23rd December 2022. When the conveyancer returned to work after annual leave settlement occurred within a week 23rd January 2023. David and his team were in constant contact with me, as required.
