David in particular seemed to go out of his way to facilitate the sale proceeds and his entire staff could not have been more helpful in the sale process of the property.

Having worked with David Stringer in the past for a number of years, I knew his know how, accountability, problem solving straight forward skills and enthusiasm would be just what I needed when I decided to sell my home of 35 years. He acted swiftly to arrange photos and put my property on the market. An open house was scheduled. David negotiated a price to my terms and I had an unconditional sale in 5 days. I was then able to move forward with confidence. David took the stress away.

Righr from the beginning David new exactly what our place was worth and whilst we received offers he was adamant that we would receive very close to what we were asking. He would keep us informed of any offer that came in and always give us piece of mind that it would sell. When the eventual purchases had made an offer David hinted not to let these guys go , so all in all I would not hesitate in recommending David for anything to do in the real estate whether it be buying or selling David would have to be right up there as the leading real estate agent for this region. Thank you, Alan

David and his team were excellent at responding to all our needs once we became the successful bidders of our new investment. Whenever we had a question or needed to access the property they were on hand. As a buyer that's great and can only assume as a seller the service was fantastic too.
