We bought our first home through DJ stringer and I can’t imagine buying through any other agent (especially in this market)! Unlike some other real estate agents I have come across, David is such a genuine person who actually remembers your name and provides amazing service. Even though we didn’t get a buyers agent we felt extremely looked after and supported through the whole process of buying our first home. David always responded quickly to every question and the girls at the office were extremely helpful for all our inquiries (we had lots as first home buyers 😂). David even went to the house the day of settlement and blew the leaves off the driveway! It felt like he was really going above and beyond. We didn’t expect a gift for our settlement day but we were presented with a beautiful gift and a personalised framed photo of our house with a hand written card. I definitely cannot see any other real estate agent providing this level of service. I have recommended DJ Stringer to my whole family and will only ever use them in the future. I enjoyed dealing with David during our purchase of 50 Eden Ave, which was a somewhat complex transaction. I could see David worked hard for his Vendor, which I could appreciate as an active buyer and seller myself.
