Once we decided to sell we looked for a property in the areas of the Gold Coast we have loved for many years. Our home of 27 years and where our 2 children grew up was now too much for us and we wanted to downsize. The move would be our final move and we entrusted it to David and Leisa. We had to contend with rain and more rain washing out our open houses but David & Leisa showed up with positive enthusiasm which was what we needed. Then came the sale it was quick without any problems except for my wife moving my tools. We are still together. Seriously David & Leisa were the perfect fit for us and for you as well. This property was an aging one on the Gold Coast with many more exciting properties growing up around it. David was very helpful and had obvious experience with sales and expectations of both buyer and seller. His advice was very clear and very quick which I think enabled us to get a very good price for this unit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any prospective client and am sure you would be very happy with the result.
