Working with David and his team on the purchase of our property made the whole transaction very easy. There was lots of communication and we were kept up-to-date in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending David whether you’re buying or selling your property.

Myself & my wife had been looking for Investment property for quite a while. We stumbled across a little unit that was being sold by David Stringer. From the first open house we went to on the Saturday we met David & found his knowledge of the area & the building to be excellent.

We recently sold an investment property that had been managed by DJ Stringer for many years. We cannot fault David and his staff, both with property management and sales. Very profesional and a pleasure to deal with.

Peter has sold 3 of my commercial properties in the past 12 months & he is the only agent I use for my commercial property needs!

Totally professional during the sale process. Sold in 4 days at the price we were after. David kept in touch with us from the time our unit went to market until settlement. Highly recommended.

From Day 1 David impressed me, despite never actually meeting in person through the entire sales process. Selling remotely wasn’t meant to be this easy to pick an agent and sell a property, but it was. David is professional, personable and seems to be a genuinely nice guy. His honest approach, feedback, flexibility and integrity are refreshing and I wish it was this easy to deal with all real estate agents.

We really enjoyed working with David. It’s the little things that made us feel confident in using David as our agent from another state. He would ALWAYS call you back promptly, if he said he would call you at a certain time he would always call on the dot. His agency fees were the most competitive in the region and he also is the expert at selling Bilinga. Everything was quick and easy. No regrets :) Highly recommend.

All good, but she mainly talked to my daughter in law who lives at the Gold Coast. I live in Sydney
