I chose David to sell my investment property as it was rented through his agency. It was initially rented through a larger national real estate agency, which proved to be very disappointing regarding service. Once I changed to David Stringer I was extremely satisfied. I met with David and his sales team to ask him to sell the property. He is very professional and has an excellent knowledge of the market.His communications with me were excellent. Once we decided to sell we looked for a property in the areas of the Gold Coast we have loved for many years. Our home of 27 years and where our 2 children grew up was now too much for us and we wanted to downsize. The move would be our final move and we entrusted it to David and Leisa. This property was an aging one on the Gold Coast with many more exciting properties growing up around it. David was very helpful and had obvious experience with sales and expectations of both buyer and seller.
