John basa handled the open house and sale of the property with professionalism and was a key figure in helping us with the difficult task of getting the property ready for sale as we were not in Sydney Also the auction was professionally handled by the Auctioneer. We are very satisfied with the end result. Thanks.

This is the the fifth time we have bought or sold with John Basa. In this instance in a free falling market, John managed to obtain a record price for our street in Sylvania. We rate his service so highly that we have recommended him on a number of occasions to other sellers. Further as a member of the DJW agency in Sylvania Waters we have no hesitation in recommending him or the agency for any real estate matter.

Recently working with Dave for the sale of my investment property, I can comfortably say, his ability to read the market place even in such an unreliable market as it has recently become, was so reassuring. Always answering his phone and keeping in contact with myself made such a difficult and stressful process a lot more comforting. Would recommend him to anyone, man of his word…
