Excellent communication with a quick sale

Dave worked very hard to maximise our sale price in a very quick timeframe. He works hard for buyers to get the job done. Communication was great and he always answers his phone or calls back quickly. The whole process was as smooth as possible with a great result.

In safe hands from the first handshake.

Dave's wealth of knowledge and broad networks was certainly key in not only our successful sale but also our perspective purchases. Dave went over and above to communicate to us at every stage, as if we where his only clients. Highly recommend from us. Thanks Dave.

professional and always willing to listen to my needs

Dave was willing to listen and always do his best to facilitate both my and the vendors requirements. He's an overall good guy with good communications skills whilst still remaining quite laid back in his own mysterious way. I would highly recommend both John Basa and Dave Watkins to anyone.
