The team, especially krystelle rush, had always been there to help us. The team is also very active in emails and phone incase we needed to ask anything. They have also improved their system, it is automated in terms of payment notices and announcement, which is very good and helpful in tracking things down the line. The best thing is that they also know how to address things accurately and in a timely manner.
