Adam and his Team never gave up. We did try to Auction just before Christmas and we did not reach what we were aiming at. Adam said that our house was worth more and not to sell so we held on. Once you do this you start to wonder was this the right way to go, people question you so you start to question yourself. Did we make the right decision but Adam said hold on , you have a good property and it will happen. He was correct and we are more than happy with the outcome. Thanks very Much Docking and Adam.

This was the first house that I have ever sold, so had no idea what to expect. Adam and Lee put me at ease right from the start. They answered all my question in a manner that I understood.. They told me that they would hold my hand though the whole process, and they did. Lee did an amazing job at my open house times.. always apologising for running over time, just so he could spend a few extra minutes talking to potential buyers. The day of the auction I was so nervous but they out did themselves and got a fantastic result. I would recommend Dockings Real Estate to everyone.

I am so pleased we chose Adam to sell our mother's house.
