Our selling experience with Adam Docking was stress-free, which was an unexpected delight. We were not looking forward to selling this property which we have owned proudly for 12 years but with Adam Docking's advice and reassurance we felt more comfortable to proceed. Hi People, My opinion is the hardest part in real estate is finding a good agent. Adam is a good agent. He is honest and effective. 17 years since I bought this house (I did deals before and since plus some experience in investment finance). Realistically I was out of date when it came to sale of my own house. And a bit nervous. So I asked questions and listened to his advice and did as he suggested. I let him run the auction show. They set out and implemented the marketing plan, which lead to a sale at auction pretty much according to the expectations they defined.
