Adam was outstanding in selling my property. Adam is one of the presidents of the REIV, giving him unprecedented insights to the industry and Melbourne real estate market. I didn’t realise till I was doing my research that he is a regular author and key industry spokesman for several newspaper and media channels. He was very open and transparent with all of his communication, made exactly the right recommendations for what should and should not be done when it came to both the property presentation and the marketing strategy. To top it off Adam recommend taking the property to auction and as an auctioneer was outstanding, which resulted in a much greater than anticipated result. I would encourage you to speak to Adam if you are thinking of selling in the eastern suburbs.
