Not that we can see what efforts go on behind the scenes but it is obvious that you all have a professional passion for what you do. My wife Kerrie, my sister Colleen and I were suffering anxieties relative to if we would realise a reasonable price for the unit in this Covid 19 age. Personally I believe due to Adam's positive direction and expert advice we realised an amount that was $18,000 more than a better Unit opposite mum's selling in July last year. Selling in LOCKDOWN is no walkover, and dealing with the new problems that come up is not for the faint hearted. Reduced access of potential buyers to the Sale property and restrictions on the vendor cause extra doubts and stress on all. Preparing for on line auction is a whole new ball game.
