We enlisted David Roy to sell our place on St huberts island. David not only secured us a price 75K above the local agents advice but did so inside 5 weeks. David also saved us 20K in needless home improvements (replacing carpets etc) that 2 other agents asked us to do. David rightly advised to de-clutter and clean and he would do the rest, which he did. Absolutely everything David promised on sign up he delivered a great price, fantastic service and ongoing contact throughout the sale process. At no stage during the process did i even need to call David as he constantly provided feedback and advice.
