Waking up to the sound of birds, making a cup of tea and walking to the end of your wharf in your pyjamas throwing in a fishing line, helping a neighbour as they push-out their boat, taking the dog down to Ettalong for a run on the beach, getting a group of friends over for a BBQ and enjoying the beautiful waterfront and views, taking the tinny out for a run...the quality of life on the Central Coast Waterfront is unmatched. You can't live like that in Sydney Harbour. Sadly, some Agencies will not respect you or your property or even your neighbours - I would not recommend Stuart Gan from PRD in Ettalong.
