As a first home buyer, my partner and myself viewed the market in excess of 8 months dealing with agent after agent. $40,000 above 2 other agents appraisals who said they could sell my property in 3 days. What does that tell you? Another agent wanted to list it much higher but when I searched his property listings noticed they often stayed on the market for a long period of time with price drops very common. Then came Kale Hook - honest, patient, accurate and backed up what he promised. Not only did he get me enough money for my new home but $ left over for a boat and a 4WD!!!! Happy days!!!
