From the initial point of contact, 12 years prior when I purchased my investment property, I felt comfortable with Doug's knowledge and professionalism. That's why it was pretty straight forward in my mind, to go with Doug again to sell. Any queries I had regarding the sale during the process were prompt which was relieving at a busy time of year so close to the Christmas season. Doug was very helpful and professional in his work.We are very impressed with his work ethic and quick reponse in providing us the necessary information before the auction date. The adminstration staff were great in updating us with information regarding settlement which making the process was so easy and stress free for us. Doug was 8never fail to answer his phone when we have some queries.Even after settlement date he is still checking on us to make sure that we are settling in to our new place ok. It is hard to see the great service especially we heard many bad reviews regarding general real estate agencies unfortunately. Doug and his team has renewed my faith in real estate agencies.
