I got my first property through Doug Disher real estate. The process was smooth and the negotiation fair. It was a pretty easy process as both parties had everything ready to go. If I could give a constructive feedback, the house wasn't clean properly since the last people who lived there left. As a real estate agency I'd have got organised a proper clean before handling the keys. Also couple of fans did not work in the property. All that should have been fixed before I took over by the previous owners and the real estate agency should have checked that everything was in working order. Just small things that make the difference between good and exceptional. But overall the process was simple and easy. Thank you Toby! :)
