Toby has been extremely professional and helpful when dealing with the purchase of our first property. He has always been very diligent and proactive. He was available at any time and showed genuine interest in accommodating everybody’s requests in a way that all parts involved felt comfortable. Although his main job was ensuring the seller was satisfied, he was also very understanding and empathetic with us. It wouldn’t have been the same without his help and guidance. DocuSign was also very helpful and convenient tool for dealing with contract signing. We appreciate all this a lot and we will certainly consider working with Doug Disher Real Estate in future!
