Dan started his career with the firm 23 years ago; after the first 5 years he joined another leading Noosa firm gaining his full Real Estate license and managing one of two offices until he became partner of Peter Dowling First National and renamed the firm Dowling and Neylan Real Estate, an independent boutique Real Estate agency. During his career Dan has been awarded REIQ Sunshine Coast Sales Person of the year on 2 occasions in 2002 and 2004 and was awarded Queensland Sales person of the year in 2004. He was also one of three finalists in the Sunshine Coast business awards 'Young business leader of the year' 2004. The latest achievement comes with being awarded the Real Estate Institute of Queensland Medium Residential Agency of the Year 2012 and finalists in the national Real Estate Institute of Australia Awards. Dan is a licensed Auctioneer and is known for his sales in the top end of the residential real estate market.

Strongly recommend Imika Neylan when selling or buying in Noosaville.

We found Imika and her team to be very professional from the day we considered listing our property, during the marketing and open home inspections through to settlement. Her overall knowledge and experience of similar properties in the area that had either recently sold or were for sale at the time was greatly appreciated and a major factor in our decision to list the property with Imika. Imika provided key advice regarding presentation of the property and was very flexible in planning open home inspections to ensure they didn't disturb holiday tenants. Kept us informed at all stages

Fabulous agent.

The only issue we have is that a cheque for the Deposit should have been handed over at signing of the contract. Desposed of appropriate, or banked at end of cooling off period. We found this to be stressful when the purchaser delayed the Deposit monies. Other than this ( which was important) we really enjoyed the professional/friendly/knowledge of Imieka wonderful.
