Joe's ability meant that my aunt's house was sold at a good price, quickly and importantly to people who seemed to be going to care about the house. My aunt was in and out of hospital and a nursing home prior to and during the sale.Joe's professionalism, communication skills and empathy meant that we knew he was there for any of our needs but he didn't intrude at all at such a stressful time for all of us.
