Brad was friendly enough however didn’t find Dowling professional compared previous real estates we’d liased through. Average communication and service really. We’d exchanged on the property, paid the deposit however afterwards went to an open house and it wasn’t disclosed to any viewers that it was under contract and we could overhear discussions between the agent and ‘buyers’ and not once had they mentioned the house was under offer. This may be a way to rope more buyers in for other properties however don’t feel this is showing transparency to buyers and potentially wastes their time. No congratulations provided from the office when we collected the keys- so overall really mediocre at best

Joe was extremely helpful and efficient to jump onto the marketing and set an auction date for a very quick sale as we were very motivated to take advantage of the inflated market. Within 5 weeks of contacting Joe, he contacted the tenants that were in the property, ensured that the property was marketable, arranged inspections, arranged the auction, found 3 bidders and managed to sell the property, 2 weeks before Christmas with an excellent result - $21k over the reserve.
