Nicholas was the agent for the purchase of our first property. We purchased from a remotely without physically seeing the house, relying on friends and family to perform our inspections. Nicholas was very professional and made the process as easy as possible for a remote purchaser. He prides himself on his honesty and was easily reachable when needed and facilitating quick responses to our queries. At late notice we organized a second inspection to which Nicholas was unable to attend but ensured that another agent was available promptly. Overall great experience with Nicholas.

Both Joe, Bradley and the team from Dowling at Mayfield did an outstanding job for me getting my property sold at a very difficult time for me. Their market knowledge of Mayfield and surrounding suburbs is second to none. Nothing was an issue including agreeing to meet on a Sunday morning in the middle of a long weekend. Their service was above and beyond what I would have expected. I was kept up to date by e mail, TXT and phone calls each step along the way. They held themselves and remained very professional in sometimes trying circumstances during the sale process. I can only thank both Joe & Bradley very much for the best result available. I highly recommend getting in contact with Dowling if your a Buyer or Seller in Mayfield as they will look after you like they did me.
