From the very 1st time I met Nick some 18 months ago we just clicked because of similar back grounds, life experiences both professionally and personally so it wasn't, at any time, difficult to deal with Nick even when he had to have the "reality check" conversations with me as a vendor due to the emotional attachment that I, (and most others), have to the home that we all have worked so hard to get build up and maintain. Nick was patient and not pushy at all ....if he felt that I was getting rushed or pushed he immediately backed up and verbalized just that and we dealt with any, ( if any), issues that may have arisen. I cannot recommend Nick more or highly enough for his approach to his passion that we all call work and I'm sure we will see him on the Australian equivalent of the million dollar listings show in the near future....NOT because he's ruthless or nasty like the idiots on the American TV show but because he is definitively a cut above the rest in his approach to his clientele and I have spoken to more than 20 or 30 other agents over the course of the last 18 months in preparation to sell my property and maybe one other came a close second to Nick Vaka. Bottom line if you want your property sold quickly, efficiently and above the market take Nick as your agent... you wont be sorry.
