We are so glad we did, not only did his valuation surpass our expectations but made the other agents valuation look pretty weak indeed. He secured the sale for us within a month of listing! A highly experienced agent, knows what buyers want and how to present and sell acreage. Kim and team at Raymond terrace are very unprofessional once they recieved payment the lack of response and care was very disheartening the handover of my home and the condition it was left in was disgusting, I'm just Thankfull now i will never have to deal with this incompetent real estate again.
