When ready to list our home for sale, we naturally had organised a few different agents to come through our property, Dowling being the first. From the minute they arrived we felt comfortable with them and their honest pricing, opinions and knowledge of the local market. Kim is very professional but down to earth as well. I was not in the state when I decided to sell,so I needed a lot of help from Kim and Craig. Clueless doesn't begin to explain my knowledge of selling a house. Kim prepared everything for me,from organising my house for the photo shoot,ringing me constantly to give me updates and finally selling my house. All of this was done while Australia was in lockdown. I cannot give enough praise to both Kim and Craig for everything they did for me. They made my life a whole lot easier.
