Kim was very professional, knowledgeable about the market and the area, and she achieved the sale of our house very quickly which was our number one goal. The price she got for our house was perfect, and in a less than ideal market this was wonderful. Additionally, she is very personable and easy to talk to. She had an extremely positive attitude towards our home and the area, which was also very important to us as we had experienced some negativity from other agents.
